No hidden fees & full transparency
When you visit us, you'll receive a detailed estimate before we proceed. We break down costs clearly — whether it's a routine vaccination, diagnostic test or complex procedure. For ongoing treatment or multiple services, we'll provide a comprehensive care plan with all costs discussed at each step before proceeding.
If anything changes during treatment, we'll discuss it with you immediately. There are no hidden fees. Unexpected vet bills can be stressful, and we never want cost to be a barrier to your pet receiving the care they need. Being upfront gives you opportunity to plan, ask questions and explore options before making decisions.
For full transparency you will always receive an itemised invoice for the treatment your pet has received.
