If your pet requires inpatient care
We understand that having your pet admitted for inpatient care can feel daunting, but we'll explain everything clearly — why it's needed, what level of care your pet will receive, and how to prepare them. If fasting is required, we'll give you exact timings so there's no guesswork.
On the day, your pet will be admitted into one of our comfortable kennels and you'll receive regular updates on their condition and wellbeing. They will be monitored frequently, and we'll contact you immediately if there are any concerns or changes.
When it's time for your pet to head home, we'll make sure you're both fully prepared with clear aftercare instructions, medications, and a follow-up appointment so we can check how your pet is healing.
